Billing and Insurance Information

At Bakker Natural Medicine we strive to make insurance and billing as simple as we possible. It is important to keep in mind, although we may be in-network with the insurance companies listed below, there may be some plans that do not cover naturopathic services or some procedures that we offer. Each patient is responsible for knowing the terms and coverage of their own insurance plan. We recommend and encourage all patients to call their insurance to confirm coverage prior to scheduling an appointment.

For those that do not have insurance or do not have coverage with any of the plans listed below we offer self-pay options as well.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

  • 24-Hour Notice Required – Please call (206) 428-2075 as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours) – Late cancellations will be charged $75 per cancellation.
  • Missed Appointments (No Call/No Show) – The first missed appointment will be billed at $150, and any subsequent missed appointments will be billed at $175.
